Hey Craig,
ok, ok, lets cover these:
1a. Re: IDB acq:
Still on track, when asked if there were any potential redundancies that could result in cost savings the reply was yes, we
spoke about front office vs. backoffice requirements.
1b. Re: additional M/A:
That was an issue that was discussed at great length. The vision
of the Company is twofold, one is to be the best Financial resource on the web to the extent that if you are invested you will come back time and time again for all the info that is offered, whether that be analysis, distance learning, timely news, broker info, access to 2 way communication devices, access to ISDN etc. The company has established a very strong base to reach these goals and it is my understanding that they will continue to build through M/A.
2. Re: intranets:
First please understand that when the Company refers to their
intranet it is in actuality an extranet, a series of individual intranets
that form a larger entity eg: company A wants 5 products, company B wants 8 products and company C wants 3 products, each one albeit on the same system have a diff view then the other.
3. Re: FNTN & Siemans:
We have purchased hardware from them. They have and continue to provide technical and creative assistance. The fact that they have
asked FNTN to join them in Industry Specific showcases says it all hon. It is my opinion that we have no clue just how advanced this relationship is (sorry to be coy), time will tell.
4. Re: Goals:
First one was stated in 1b, second mission is to get listed on a
larger exchange. That said it is very important to understand that
NASDAQ has a 6 month backlog. The Company as we know is taking the steps to become fully reporting beyond that it takes time,
the financials will not be an issue that I foresee.
5. Re: Short & Long term debt:
(Someone asked about high margin earlier think it was JP, also I
think this touches upon stock dilution)
Zero long, minimal short, within 1Q of intranet being announced we are in the black. I asked specifically about the burn rate, that is to say
if you have X $ in the bank to fund ongoing/anticipated expenses where do we stand, to date we have a very low and efficeient burn rate, the Company has achieved a great deal for each $ spent. Expenses will be low, therefore future M/A can and will be primarily funded by cash , although it is a no brainer that there will be a mixture of cash/stock deals.
Well hope that covers your questions, please let me know if I can offer anything further, All My best to Shareholders

P.S. Sorry for any typos, me isn't gonna edit this novel, lolololo
