A reverse split won't solve their problems. If they do one, between the obligatory sell off and subsequent shorting that the reverse will create, we will be back down in price in a matter of weeks/months. Then the talk will be about how much the company is diluting after the reverse.

What is needed is full disclosure of financials and a cancellation of shares by Arif. That will go far more to enhancing shareholder value.

Kevin,

I agree that the share issue must be addressed. I think it is (JMO) as we speak. Arif will be around for a long time, if that's his choice and I see nothing wrong with thast. Also, I don't think a rs is even being contimplated for it still would keep all the shares proportional to what they were.

Basically, I believe Arif is now getting the advice he needs for this company and realizes it's no longer "family owned".

As an aside, I've been watching the tape the last few days and some large blocks have gone off at the ask, so someone feels this is a buy.

Regards,

Steve
