FEET got a "strong buy" reiteration on Bloomberg that doesn't show on Briefing.com..

The battle between the short and long side is very dramatic today. You can see it in the vacilations of the spread and Trin #s. The biggest money has been made on the short side in the last month and those doing it are on a warpath hitting good news and attacting bad news with unusual vengence. We won't really be able to turn this market until the ease of profits on downside moves become extremely risky.

ORCL

May be worth a watch for pre-earnings climb.

Reports 9/10. No pre-announcement that I am aware of.

Probably a big gamble to hold through earnings as is the case with the other techs, as you never can tell what they will say about the future. At current levels, may be worth a trade

Re.Upgrades
Yes Jenna the house that is doing the upgrade
is important. It should be a strong buy.
I find the best moves on upgrades come from
Alex Brown. Goldman S. I try to avoid the
lower end firms. Upgrades work well when the
market is up. When one gets the news of an upgrade
depending on your data feed. The stock is usually
up a point and 1/2. I find they are good for
1-2 point gains over 1-2 days. I always check the
chart with the upgrade. I look at upgrades the same
way you might look at a stock that has had its earnings est.
raised.
