No, not weary, just traumatized by having to admit error on the Willie Horton ad and realizing that no one on the thread appears to read my posts thoroughly enough to notice anyway. :-)) Have to say, was buoyed by Lieberman's comments yesterday and Clinton's "I'm sorry"s this morning. This is the beginning of the denouement to the Lewinsky scandal. So much energy already expended; I don't think there's enough to continue the fight on either side. My wife, who is a die-hard Republican, expressed surprise that Clinton was apologizing again. She thought the whole scandal was dying out. I'm optimistic, notwithstanding the invective on this thread, that that is what the rest of the public thinks. Doughboy.
