Bgtit...

Fine and dandy... I have not accused Bgtit of fraud or manipulation.
I have merely discussed the possible applicability of section 17(b) to his case. It is unfortunate that he has taken offense and if my words have disturbed him, I am very sorry and apologize to him.

And since Al-len (anyone) has also cautioned him (ever so politely), maybe he'll want his address and phone number as well.

Again, lest ye' misunderstand the issue, it is apparently not illegal to accept consideration from a public company for services rendered, whatever those services may be. It is illegal not to diclose that relationship or the nature of the consideration (as I have been briefed on that particular Section)

And believe me, if Bgtit has a case against me, then there are a whole TON of folks our there that have far more grievously damaged me.

I don't want to see anyone in trouble. I hope that my experience and insight on Section 17(b) will assist in Bgtit in assessing any vulnerability he has to the rule.

I personally would like him to disclose his relationship and the consideration so that he can rejoin the discussion. He obviously has the ear of management and might be the appropriate person to advise them of shareholder's concerns (or potential shareholders, which I classify myself as).

Can we get back on topic now and discuss why those 14 new mmkrs have dropped the price of AZNT down to 1.28 x 3/8 on 29,900 share traded?

Again, Bgtit, if you have misconstrued my comments, I hope that this clarifies them and you understand that I attempting to warn you so you do not fall afoul of the regulations.

Regards,

Ron
