Colleen probably still in the process of moving her office. I have not heard from her yet, either. She said if she missed me today, she will call me on Monday. I'm sure she meant Tuesday, since Monday is a holiday.

thanks for the info, ill keep an eye out for the sight exposure has to be the key i guess, i would like to talk to winchester so ill search out a number. bottom line, this co. has a cash crunch, their biggest assets are the amortization of film inventory and the stock price can not justify the issuing of new shares to stay afloat. what are they using as leverage to secure financing, id be interested in knowing how financial institutions in europe would back this, is there another studio or something involved here that i dont see? they are not going to winchester saying we think we have a movie people will watch now unload a bunch of cash on us, and they certainly arent using a 15 year tax loss writeoff as leverage. money is moving somewhere here, but im new so im still missing key parts to the story no doubt. has me interested though. thanks again, oh and are they getting any up front production fees from the film budgets like they did with that 'lady in white' or whatever that was called?

To all: I just received an email from Colleen Tiffany. She reported that she spoke to Carl Reynolds this morning and things are going very well and that Carl Reynold's is very excited and optimistic, he is working very diligently on all of the projects. We will get a press release out to you soon, once things are fully finalized. She also said that her phone service has been interrupted and she didnt know for how long, and to tell Donster that she will talk to him on Tuesday. She said she will keep in touch with me. I will continue to post any further updates that I here from her. Remember, when it comes to entertainment contracts they are quite complicated and delicate. You have many factors you are working with such as upfront advances payable to NSKY, Royalties from theatrical showings, distribution pertaining to video/cable/pay-per-view. Also distribution is not just Domestic but the foreign markets also, where they pay a non refundable advance for our movie (plus we will receive royalties from that, once they make over the amount that they paid for the advance feesl. People, we are well on our way. Also with the meeting on Tuesday with the individual who Reason spoke of, they are setting themselves up nicely for the near and long term future. Be patient and we will all be rewarded handsomely for our efforts. Retaylor
