"Never heard of warrants that are good for 1 day? Is that how jack's warrants were set up?"

No they are set up for a year... but you did give me an idea on how to make this warrant debacle go away <LOL LOL LOL>

I have to stick to the June 1, announcement becasue we could get sued if we dont. The warrants remain private placements so yes you are correct on their intrinsic value.

The P's have the 2003 exchange date.

I still vote for the warrants good for more than one day. If the warrants are actually good from 6/1/99 to 6/1/2000, I would go for it. Of course, if the price does not go above $3 between now and then, we will be in the same boat as we are now right?

I guess if we have them NOT tradeable in the meantime, the price could go up past $3, if we make them tradeable, who knows. But I would tend to think once 6/1/99 roles around, and the price is up, everyone will be running for the TA to get their shares to sell before everyone else. Then it could get messy with who got their shares first. With several hundred shareholders, I'm sure it will take some time to process all the paperwork... Unless the TA held all shares until they were all processed and then issued them out Next Day air to everyone. I saw disertion in the ranks with such petty things as "how come the guy in Florida got the Eutro newsletter 2 days before the guy in California..." because he was closer in the mail system.

My guess is on 6/1/99, the price will fall and everyone will be crying wondering as to who got their shares first and who dumped them on the market for the best price. It's happened before and it will happen again.

Dammed if you do... You know the rest.

KAA, lead the way. You are in a better position to make the descision than I.
