I will have to look into the 13g. I would not try to compare acrt to the rest of the market. i.e "the stock is up when the market is down or vice versa. Acrt has a cloud over it and does not have any house on them. So all the numbers and news posts should be looked on with caution. If Amos bought that would be a bullish signal. But I just do not trust this company and that is the fault of the ceo and the all fundemen.. "I hope the stock goes down so we can buy more" Chew.
