Well, actually, yes. But if others want to try to derail Lerach et al., they will need to be people who actually want the company to pay something. If an ad hoc group of shareholders appears in court trying to oust Patzer's shills, and the group is too friendly toward the company, the judge will probably decide the group is not representative of the class and let the case proceed under the existing leadership. Otherwise, the shills will essentially be deprived of their right to be heard.
