Griff...I also bought some more stock in the low 1's, but I don't like the lack of positive news on the Company. I was truly appalled by the compensation package but worse was the repricing of the options for employees. It's like saying S---W you ..stockholders. That was a really destructive action and was fiduciary breach of trust as far as I'm concerned.

However, I stay because of the science which, as you have also stayed for 6 years, I assume is the motivation for you as well. If the Company has the science, it will eventually have the pay-off. So, I try to close my eyes and not watch it as closely as I used to..and add at points which seem tempting.

I know you get rankled by Jim Baker's comments...but I thought the ones he posted today made a lot of sense. I think Davis truly means well, he's very positive on the Company and the science..but the price performance of the stock has been dismal and the dilution has been horrible. All through this, Davis has maintained his bullish posture which, I imagine, must really get some of the posters angry

Every once in a while, I like to read something positive. It makes me feel better. But, I thought the points Jim made today were worth considering.Do you think anyone has the real facts about what is going on in Tustin?

<< This stock has been manipulated and will continue to be manipulated as long as the MM's and others can make a buck, which is understandable. >>

Actually, the only way MMs can manipulate this stock is if their ability and desire to commit their capital to such an endeavor is much greater than the capital committed by normal buying and selling. So the question is: If you believe the MMs are able to do this it can only be done in a vacuum, so why the absence of normal buyers? (And the other question is: Why not face up to the first question, rather than just blame the MMs?)

<< Unionpride(Why the attack?)ÿ>>

Let me tell you something mother won't:ÿÿThat site is an embarrassment. Music and all. Just what I hope future TCLN investors don't stumble upon.

<< only the cold hard cash from a major pharm deal will make a significant difference in share price >>

Just how much cold hard cash are you expecting??? You and I are not talking "total value of the deal", we are talking cold, hard UP-FRONT cash.

With almost 80 million shares on the way, you must be expecting $80 million (or $1 per share) up-front.

My bet is that you see only $4 million up front, or 5 cents a share. Not exactly a reason to bid the stock up to $5.

Have a great weekend all!

Along with the rest of you, am looking forward to that huge "September Spike".

The weekend's here, but a few last thoughts. You own TCLN stock, I own TCLN stock. We ain't fightin', it's just that friends don't BS friends.

This all started with a question: why we are here at a buck? After some useful back and forth among friends today, I come to the conclusion that we are at a buck because this ain't an investable stock.

If this were an investable stock, Larry B would send CG the following fax Tuesday morning:

"I have received your letter and am in full agreement with each of your points. I plan to take immediate action on each item and report back the results to you by this Friday. I understand that in order to make this company an attractive investment and bring new investors into the stock I must immediately remove the managers and directors responsible for the regrettable actions and inactions of the past few years. I apologize for the shameful events of the past few months and years."

Now how many of us think that's going to happen?

Let's do a weekend poll. You can either vote:

a. I think this is an investable company and a really great stock because I think Larry will do the right thing Tuesday morning.

b. No effing way.

Let's hear from everyone! Is it "a" or "b"?
