FWIW, I suspect a lot of fund managers said "get this company out of my portfolio". That's a lot of selling pressure as it can take a while to unwind those larger positions. On top of that we have the general market meltdown, and no reason to buy Vntv. I suspect the next few quarters will be better than expectations, currently very low, but less than their traditional growth rates. Vntv has won some good sized deals recently, but given their recent performance I would guess that they'll be smoothing out the recognition of that revenue going forward. At 1 times sales and a minimum 25% growth rate I think this is the bottom. I think the current price is very cheap.
