Sorry to say I agree. I had a similar experience with DATM...I've been burned twice this year... DATM and MRVC...I only read the news posted to my stocks and did not see this coming at all. Good luck to your long positions, I took my beating at 7.5...bought a significant amount (for me) just days before it crashed. Try to make it up somewhere else.

Your explanation holds water with me and if one believes in miracles,
Longs could use one here. Unfortunately, I don't believe in miracles.

I can't believe, I believed what I have been told, read and saw, with my own eyes about MRVC.

Amazing con job :-(

Has anyone received their Proxy yet? Can't management even let us know
when the shareholder's meeting will take place until the last minute!
