Yeah, if you mean: 10 cents? One tenth? or a 40 to 1 reverse split? <g> Geez, another ugly day for SYQT, (9/32 low so far today).

I'm surprised we haven't heard anything from the EdHeads recently. The end of the quarter is almost here and I suspect that even with the restructuring impact (and excluding the charges), the numbers are going to be absolutely dismal and their cash reserves will have been depleted. If some news about financing or a partnership of some type is not announced soon, we might just see a decision to hold off on delaying a NASDAQ delisting and instead go straight to the BB. It would be one way of quickly dealing with the preferred share conversion and warrant exercise issues.

On the other hand, perhaps the news is already out and we will be the last to know.
