I gave it a quick once over Peaceful. I saw that there a some 144 shares that might be hitting the market. Are the potential sellers associated with the company in a management capacity?

Any idea how soon the company might be profitable?

I know company's hold news for favorable market conditions. Many investors might think there is something wrong, perhaps even illegal with delaying news, but there isn't. Most newsworthy events that end up in press releases concern contracts formed between two companies like this one:

biz.yahoo.com

If a company wants to fully benefit it's shareholders with an increasing stock price then it has to wait for better market conditions to release contract news. FNTN no doubt has some great news coming and it it falls to say the 60 cent range I would see it as a great buy.

I think it would be important to remind management at FNTN that certain small stocks are recovering already despite a bad market. Look at the action in DGIV this week to see what I mean.

Even the anticipation of news can move a stock but you can't anticipate forever.
