Yes. This has proven to be very very expensive lesson. You become attached to the prospects as opposed to the results, then you are betting on the management. I have had companies where management took couple of quarters to get their act to-gether and I have owned company where it has been couple of years. I am planning to do major overhaul of my portfolio in about 3-4 months and that is now all the time I have for some. So at least in my case, I will look at them with fresh eye and no matter how good the prospects, if the results are too late in coming, reduce my position.

Hopefully, they are a new and improved company after the merger. There I go again....
