Anyone care to comment on the fact that there are now TWO lawsuits against Cymer? Since they look like they're making identical claims on behalf of identical classes, I presume that they'll be consolidated and that one of the firms will end up with the whole enchilada. Or am I wrong? Does the company really have insurance against this type of suit as one poster said, and what would the terms likely be?
