The difference in bid between IVI and IVC is only .15 but ask is much greater. Since most investor end up buying on the ask, the question is why would any one want to pay the premium of buying IVI since it is immediately worth less to you if you convert. Theoretically, even if you do not convert. And I have hard time thinking it is people who are buying for RRSP etc. And if you are institutional investor, you could buy on Nasdaq where the volume has improved. So this bit of premium on IVI is a bit puzzling. Although does not really matter.
