Jer,

The dollar is dropping, hence gold and oil will go up. If the price of oil has truly reversed to the upside, then drillers will follow in a few months. No opinion on gold, I've never done well with that.

Overall market conditions are not healthy, but funds will indeed shift from the high-fliers into areas the fundies will be accumulating. I've been dollar cost averaging into the energy services sector via a sector fund since the start of this year.
