When you look at the chart you can see it clearly as well. At the end of the day on a Friday they downtick so that people who are casual followers will see it over the weekend and get scared and sell it if they have it or buy it if they want it.

The market makers, market mavins or market manipulators however you describe them are only part of the equation. The OTC BB system works like an auction and the market apparently has determined SNMM is a fifty cent stock. In addition, the overall market is going through a corrective phase and Starnet is participating. Although MM's are known to influence price movements to spook investors out of shares as well as spook them in, there's no hard evidence to suggest they're doing it now.
