re:Brazil,Bovespa rallied back a bit from a 12% loss at worse. I think that took the pressure off anxious hedge funds and other big players who were selling S&P futures to cover themselves over the weekend and allowed the pent up buying to come through at the end. Bottom line is it produced a test of the 7400 area. Looks like another crappy week overall but we may be closer to that elusive inflection point and it is possible we saw it today but I sort of doubt it

** Market Summary **

Living for the weekend................

Good and Bad News:

The bad: I expected an up day of about 70 DOW points. Instead we closed down 43 points but not after a test of the lows and then a rebound.

The good news: After being 180 down during the final hour in a testing phase, we rallied back strongly.

Russia has stabilized somewhat politically. Brazil and Latin America has taken its place on the worry list for now.
