You are correct. Notice that no definitions of the terms are included as far as we can tell. What people consider perjury and obstruction is most likely VERY different from the legal reality.

That question said resign, not impeachment. The question asked if perjury OR obstruction occurred, should he resign. There was no spin, that was the question they were asking, i.e., to see if perjury or obstruction were important to the hoi polloi.

Spin would occur if the question was prefaced with something like

"We know that Clinton is a liar and adulterer, now if he also committed perjury or obstruction ....."

Anyway it should be a "gimme" and it will.
