Tom, you are not alone! I hear you, and....I do call folks at ECD with some regularity, and I experience them as somewhat beleaguered by shareholders. It's challenging to find a balance between expressing a level of concern that encourages performance and one that is so shrill that it puts them over the top in terms of being stressed out. I know that many people there have stock options and feel pretty miserable about what's happened to share prices. Furthermore, the decline in the value of the yen is going to exert a negative effect on earnings, so I'm not anticipating a pretty picture there. I recently did talk with them about Ruder Finn. That effort is concentrated only on institutions, not on any sort of press that would affect retail, so it will be hard for us to see the direct value of the new PR relationship. Watch the institutional ownership statistic to see whether the dollars invested in RF are paying off.
