Yes, I know. I don't think that I've said anything that they don't already know. If they (Milberg and crew) have to worry about whether they are talking to a disgruntled CYMI investor or an "SI spy," then I guess it's their problem. The suit will have little impact on CYMI, and in all likelihood it will be covered by insurance, unless there was some type of fraudulent activity or representation. There's really not anything we can do to affect the suit. I'm just venting some frustration.... Let me know if you think it is better to be silent on the issues. Thanks.
