It occurs to me that insurance policies typically do not provide coverage for deliberate acts. The complaint alleges that there was conscious malfeasance on the part of Cymer management and controlling shareholders. My guess, and that's all it is, would be that any insurance would only cover negligence or errors, and not what Larry, Darryl, and Darryl are suing over.
