who cares if he owns preferred shares and controls the shareholder votes, you see earl 25 mil votes out of 49 million votes is a majority 24 mil shares plus 1 mil pref stock times 25 votes each. can he vote a dividend to himself for as much money as he wants? if he cleans out tcbg's coffers with a huge dividend you will care too. you have a good weekend too. nows the time to cleanse this thread at bottom price wise clean house of dirt now far healthier for tcbg longs, imo last post here, if anyone thinks this is big deal call tcbg get clarification cav
