At least Del is generally doing the right things strategically. I own CGRM shares, and recently the CEO and board turned down a good buyout offer (without any regard for shareholders) and then sold the core technology to the same buyer for a paltry $25M, thinking that they could somehow build a new business model. The money has been spent foolishly, and the share price is lingering in the 8's. Just a few months ago, the company could have been sold >20.
