You are correct in that all we see is the registration to sell. But I remember reading a while back that Mr. Dror needed food money as he wasn't taking any salary, so I just presumed that at least his shares were sold. <vbg>

On a more serious note, since Mr. Gort is no longer associated with EDII (per prior posts), it may be very realistic to presume that his filing will actually be executed (770,000 shares, if I remember correctly). If those shares were to be sold in the open market, they may or may not be sufficient to thwart any efforts at a short's squeeze. I have no idea how many, if any, EDII shares are shorted.

My point is that I don't think a squeeze is going to move this stock's price up at all. The best thing that can happen right now is for the auditors to complete their work sufficiently enough to get a quarterly (and ideally, an annual) filing processed.
