Prov; That has never been the case with me (and I always place limit orders) when I trade if you notice the bid and ask size is 50 which means that they will fill up to 5000 Shares so if one puts an order in for 10,000 shares they will fill at lest 5,000 if not the entire amount. I find that 10,000 is the limit either way. A 3,000 or 4,000 buy or sell is just that..... I don't feel at all that it is a larger order that had gotten broken down into covenant size lots. I placed orders for 10,000 shares (limit) and as long as the ask size was 50 I would receive a minimum of 5,000 shares and never 3,000 or 4,000 lots ect.... I have never had a fill for 10,000 or 20,000 or 30,000, despite the large nature of my orders. Thats because they are at 50 on the ask if you add two zeros it comes to 5000. I myself have had 10,000 lots filled I have never ordered more than that size at one time. For myself the 5,000,3000,4000 lots are place when buys come in or at certain time intervals of 1 hour apart or every half hour. When a buy comes in you can count on a counter sell within 8 Minutes I have seen this for months this for myself is not a coincidence it seems deliberate and I do not feel it is MM'S I feel it has something to do with the Debentures. I have no other information other than the News Release on the summer work program which from what I understand is progressing on schedule.
