Okay, 10 more degrees to the left on the landscape. Dali's cooking some pancakes in the closet. Are you saying that we must change the Constitution to enact a law? Again, Congress was created by the Constitution with the intended purpose of enacting laws. Since there are no traffic laws in the Constitution, does that mean I can do 95 miles per hour all the way home and ignore all those annoying stop signs and traffic lights? Wow, that would be great! I can't quite keep up with your train of thought about the criminal part. The landscape gets too steep and the sky gets way too purple.
