Oh my! I guess this is a first. Clinton targeted? I'm sure Reagan and Nixon weren't targeted now were they? I guess it's alright to target the evil Repubs but when "the most ethical" Dem is targeted it's a persecution. Partisanship is just what it implies. The other side will always be targeted by the opposition, it's just that it's your ox getting gored right now and you don't like it. If Clinton didn't provide the ammunition he wouldn't be suffering the wounds.
