Aside from the integrity or lack thereof of the law firms which have filed the class action suits, do the allegations against CYMER which have been spelled out have any merit? If the SEC won't play policeman, it is a sad state of affairs if greedy lawyers assume the role of enforcing accountibility against similarily greedy insiders. I also own NOC which has become the target of a flood of class action suits which, on their face, allege outrageous insider sellling during the aborted Lockheed-NorthrupGrumman merger.
