DA may have refused to relocate to NI for
personal or family reasons. I've heard
that they are relocating most of the
company over there. Some folks are not
willing or able to make that kind of
adjustment.
I once took a 4 year assignment to Tokyo and
it was definitely not a picnic to uproot
to a foreign land.
