Dear Jaime or Jimmy?,

I don't look for final news of lawsuit dismissal to make AETI stock to jump back to 3 1/2 overnight either: however, I do think you will see some small incremental increases on good volume over the 2 weeks following that, possibly getting price back to the 1- 1 1/2 range. More importantly investors/traders will then be able to focus more on the fundamentals (contracts/revenue stream/earnings) without the dark cloud of possible impending and expensive litigation hanging over our corporate heads. Concerning market conditions, on the contrary, I believe the erosion of the over priced blue chip market will ultimately enhance the underpriced/undervalued micro and small-cap companies today. I know, I know.....you've heard for years now "this is the time to buy small caps", but look at the looooong charts on the market. We are truly going through a significant event. The micro and small caps took it on the chin beggining the first of the year,
; then, mid caps started really getting killed about April. Not until recently have the beloved blue chips begun to take their overdue/overpriced lumps. My feeling is the recovery (which will come) will occur in reverse order. I have already seen signs of this as many of my small-caps are holding or making small gains even as the blue chip market tumbles. Concerning the computer security business, I feel in the not to distant future, that having a security system on every computer will be as common, and neccesary as having locks on your home and car doors. I look for box makers to be installing them as part of their overall package in short order. Are you starting to get my drift, you order a computer from Dell already installed are windows, anti virus, other software, and access denied secureware. Is AETI going to be the big player here. I don't know, but I think theirs is a system that shows compatibility and flexibility and ease that could make it a fit from the largest commercial needs to the smallest individual requirements. All that said, I will wait until final news ending any possibility of legal action, then keep an eye on the fundamentals.

Best Wishes, Swedelo

Jaime, I agree with U that SKB has more problems to deal with than AETI's lawsuit. If DOW continues to go down, Timing of the news may not be perfect. However, If DOW starts going sideways, BB stocks/Small caps may get more attention.
