Unless they are going thru some soul searching and house cleaning in terms of expenses, projections are going to be hard to meet. The Management, frankly does not inspire confidence in their ability to run a tight ship. I am also surprised that no take over has materialized at this low low valuation. Or DOCSF have not found some one else to take over, which was broadly hinted when they got Fulcrum. Although that will be a decidedly mixed blessing with current management in place.

Don't bet the ranch on this one Greg. Until Ruby O. is ousted, the company is going to underperform the market. Period.

Another bad piece of news for the stock is that now that it has achieved prices below 4 1/8, the NASD no longer considers it a "quality" stock - which means investors cannot use margin to buy it. This will further erode the market for the stock at least in the short term.

Anyone placing bets on it heading below $3.00 USD???
