IN-

I will take the weekend to chill out...but as you know, the mainstays that have followed this stock (aka you, me and "others") had no clue of this. Should we have? No...but I can't wait to see the positive spins on this one.

By Tuesday, I assure you I will not be uptight...I will be scared to death to see what will happen.

I guess all the rest of you have 72 hours to build comfort amongst yourselves.

I run my business with one simple motto...no surprizes. Unfortunatley, even when we feel we are finally at the gate to heaven....BOOM...another surprize.

How can you not be totally aggrevated by this? How can we spin anything good about this? I will anxiusly await answers from the rest of the posters on this thread.

Sorry IN...it's just getting real old...and I can't help but feel like I am getting scammed.

<<One fact we do know is that some folks just put up 7.5 million bucks so they could buy shares at the cost of 6 (that's s-i-x) dollars.>>

Actually, Mr. Vestor, that is not exactly a fact. The folks who put up the $7.5 million can also convert their preferred shares to common shares at a floorless variable rate as of January 27. IF VLNC has not announced material contracts by then. These investors will make money regardless of what direction VLNC's stock price takes. So I would not hang your hat on the presumption that if somebody put up $7.5 million, your investment is safe.

<<If you don't understand your investment you have no business in the market!>>

That is particularly true of companies who use exotic private placements to raise money.
