SK and Mr. Allen. It is clear from your posts that virtually no degree
of proof about the actions of Naxos and its management will ever be
Sufficient. You asked about Mr. Nortons experience and I posted the
credentials as reported by Kim. You asked about education and Larry
posts where his degree is from and where his continuing education is
headed. But neither of these suffice. Now you want to see the diploma,
talk to the professors, find out if he cut class, get the additional
properties, what was his GPA and on and on." Ton F

I can and will not speak for John. Concerning myself you are 100% wrong in this regard. Give me solid well-documented proof and I will be happy. Give me a well-documented plan in a Press release from Naxos and I will be happy. As a sideline to this subject, are you yourself not somewhat concerned what Sid and Russ were in New York this week talking to investors about? Do you want to know what were the contents of the dog and pony show were if they gave one? Would this information cause you to make a buy or sell decision? The stock last I looked was 69.3. How much of the future Naxos are you willing to give up for the next PP?

"With this level of skepticism, I ask you both WHY don't you just sell
this stock and move on?" Tom F

Why do we have to move on?

"Please don't tell me it's because you can't
afford to sell at this price, because nothing you are saying implies
that you expect any better price anytime soon thanks to the
mismanagement of Naxos." Tom F

I never supported new management and still do not and the price reflected shows that I am not a lone wolf in the regard. I am not dressed in sheeps clothing at this time thank you very much.

"My opinion continues to be that Naxos just spent alot of money to
realize that SFA just doesn't work." Tom F

Tom it seems to me that Naxos has been saying this for several years. Why did Sid waste all this time and money to prove something they seemed to have proved years ago? As a stockholder you seem content with the latest Naxos Snipe hunt funded by you. I'm not a stockholder and I am still upset about it. What a waste of time and money! Who called that play by the way? Was it an audible? Who was the quarterback?

"We knew that. But John Norton forced
this issue to the front and is not only preventing more good money being
poured after bad," Tom F

It was my understanding it was Norton's plan to go down this dead end. Are you now putting him on a pedestal now for this major screw up?

"We knew that. But John Norton forced this issue to the front and is not only preventing more good money being poured after bad," but is also providing much needed mining experience along with Jeremy(sufficient to impress CPM group who I think has a little higher standard of expectations than you or I) to put Naxos in a
position where it can seriously consider managing real, proven
properties in order to broaden the base of Naxos and provide profits and therefor a new base for the stock price." Tom F

Tom this may sound like a solid plan when you first hear this. But have you really thought about how hard this would be to actually accomplish?

Let's be redundant and ask the same old questions and maybe it will save us from going snipe hunting.

(1) If Naxos could do this so well, why did they have to sell off the South American deals? Why not prove it with these ready made opportunities?
(2) If this is so easy why are other mining companies not doing it?
(3) If Norton is so hot that he could do this with his hand tied behind his back, why are other solid well-funded companies not hiring him away from Naxos?
(4) How many properties do you think Naxos can afford to purchase with their limited funds?
(5) How long would it take to make a property like this a positive cash flow mine?
(6) Who will fund this new venture and at what cost for a company that has no record of doing this?
(7) What percent of the Naxos nut that you currently own are you willing to give up? 50%? 60%? 70%? 90%?

" but is also providing much needed mining experience
along with Jeremy" Tom F

Ok you brought this up!

(1) What college did he attend?
(2) What is his mining experience?
(3) Could Sid or you post his resume?

"I don't know if they will succeed. We all need to see the plan and make up our minds." Tom F

Tom do you purchase all your stocks not knowing the plan management has? How long are you willing to hold on to a stock were you are uncertain what the plan is?

"I'm through pissing and moaning about proof of Mr. Norton's experience. Other than a $5,000 international phone research campaign we can poke holes till the cows come home in any proof provided here for his abilities." Tom F

Tom if this is the case you should just sell!

"CPM group likes him. That I heard from Russ. But of course you guys
don't believe that is worth anything." Tom F

Wow now that is solid DD!

"Do your own DD. make up your minds. But it is certainly not my job to
convince either of you. You need to do that for yourselves.

Good luck.

Tom"

Well you have convinced me ! Are you open for a good hunt of the hillbilly snip this Sat?

To all others start demanding answers! The dead Cat was ground into the pavment so don't look for the bounce.
