I think Cavalry moved from saying Dr Pettit is a member of the board to stating that he is an advisor to the board. I'm unaware of bmart's backing away his statement implying a role for Dr. L in the phyllanthostatin research:

leading lines like they already backpedaled diminish your credibility, perhaps a better answer zonkie would be "this is something investors should get positive clarification on"
you see when you lead people to your agenda people tune you out zonkie
you were so close to being objective, old habits are hard to break
