What a silly reply. Why would anyone file to sell shares that are restricted and cannot be sold? I suspect the shares are not restricted and they will be sold.

I believe they're restricted only in the sense that they're 144 shares, and so a filing must be made before they can be sold...

Why shouldn't Joe Gort want to convert his restricted shares to free trading ones? That doesn't mean he will want to sell.

EDII is a long term play. For those of us who bought in early, we are still way ahead. I see $.12-.15 earnings a share during the next twelve months and that makes EDII at least $1.00 in my book.
