Emile, <<honest research and documentation?>> If you consider that mass of babble honest research, I really do feel sorry for you. We've been through all of this before, but once again, for old times sake: As your post indicates, there are many individuals of Jewish descent in the media, as there are in many other businesses. What you conclusively fail to demonstrate (and do not even attempt to demonstrate)is any connection between these persons of Jewish descent and Zionist causes. Not all Jews are Zionists. American media corporations are intensely competitive, and base their content on evidence of what their audience wishes to hear, not on arcane political agendas. If they didn't their shareholders would have a great deal to say about it. I lean, if anything, toward the Palestinian side, but no analogy is possible between Israel and Nazi Germany. If the Israelis were anything like the Nazis they would have herded the Palestinians into the oven and finished it a long time ago. Then they would have invaded the neighboring states and done the same thing there. All they'd have to do is snatch a few oil fields, and they would no longer need our aid. There is no doubt that the Israelis have the military capacity to do this if they chose. It should also be pointed out that Palestinian movements do constitute a real threat to the state of Israel (possibly for legitimate reasons, but that's another argument). European Jews did not at any point, by any stretch of imagination, threaten Germany in any way, legitimate or not. There is a fascinating thread of illogic which frequently intrudes in your posts. It goes like this: 1. I am a Christian. 2. Most Americans are Christians. 3. Therefore most Americans agree with me. 4. Therefore my views are those of mainstream America. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Your views are those of a tiny minority of extremists, which most Americans view with horror, shock, and shame. Do you doubt it? Just look at the way we vote. We don't think the way we do because we're influenced by the media. Any medium that started parroting your line would be thrown out of households across the country. Ratings would plunge, and the person(s) responsible would be out on their sanctimonious asses. We know what we want, and you're not it. Steve
