Papaya these form 4s are a bit complicated I am learning---someone says "something else is up"--the company in these filings is giving out options to employees,but the listed right to buy price is 28.50---
and it appears can not be exercised until next year---need someone one more experience than I interpret this---Yahoo! shows that more insider
buying on open market has also been going in the month of August---
