I do not think that your comments were just coming from the GUT...I have to admit that this is the absolute worst News release we could have gotten from VLNC....I added during the last few weeks...holding now 14000 shares......after todays news I have lost all the confidence in the company...why would Archibald leave????? Not wanting to leave to NI....that seems absolutely unlikely...why should he have to move to NI....??? he is CFO not production manager....headquarter is still Henderson....what excuse could we find for his resigning...I can not think about any acceptable one.......are we on the Titanic.....believe me I was a real believer in VLNC.....but this....unbelievable.....still can not grasp the news....his resigning was not even planned....as they state that they would start looking for a CFO.....very drastic change...the timing 3 days holiday looks very fishy as well...do they think that the market will have forgotten until Tuesday????? I they do not come up with a good explanation within the next 3 days we will get hammered...the sad thing is we won't have a chance to get out at a reasonable price on Tuesday.....so I will have to hold on and pray that I will not get fried completly with VLNC......btw I became a shareholder in 1992... sorry this was out of my GUT too......anybody wants 14 000 VLNC for 3 7/8.........offer expires 09/07/98.......and Darkgreen if you have any brain left, keep your bullsh.. for yourself for the next few days...(and do not give me the "private message" sh...either) One possible reason for Archibalds resigning could be that Archie and Lev both are having a huge short position in VLNC, and will split the fortune on among themselves on Wednesday!!!!!!??????OR Archie just found out that he was given Put options instead of Call options as an incentive........
