Cavalry,

You have my attention. My undivided attention.

What Post/Source indicated the 1 million of Preferred Shares? This is news to me. It was my understanding that TCBG was comteplating a preffered offering of shares. I was not aware of preferred shares already issued and outstanding.

You want voting rights/control of the Company? You "own" more common shares than me. You have a controling interest in the common shares. You do not issue preferred shares rendering one the votes neccessary to have and hold a controling interest. How much of Jon's/Management's "own money" is on the line? When management has a stake, it is a vote of confidence to the smaller shareholders. When management and or an individual takes a controling interest via preferred shares and voting rights - what's up?

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A PROSPECTUS.

Ohh. TCBG did not go public. They aquired a shell company (reverse merger?) to become a publicly traded concern. Well, OK. What was this pre-existing concern? What was its name? Is there a dated prospectus regarding this shell company? How many shares are authorized? How many preferred shares are authorized?

TCBG has a great product. Well, lets see it! Where are the samples!!!
TCBG makes a "cash" tender offer for Juicy Juice. Where is the cash? Is the cash in common shares? How much dilution can be expected? Is the cash in the preferred shares? How long has preffered shares been issued and outstanding? Did they require a cash outlay to ascertain such shares? Is there cash in the bank???
Financing??? Doesn't TCBG at least have to deliver the Wal-mart order first? Are these machines at Sweet Ripe and or Cliffstar and or have they been moved back to New Wave Beverage?

IS TCBG a value at current prices? I can't render a judgement. I lack the information neccessary to do so. TCBG has a Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie order "outstanding" and not as of yet satisfied. Forget the Names!!!! Initial orders "DO NOT" equate to "MARKET and or CUNSUMER ACCEPTANCE". Are these packages selling themselves? Are consumers buying these packages over that of competing packages? What are the sales? Revenues? The trends?

I'm thousands of dollars in the hole and sad to admit, I do not have enough capital gains elsewhere to offset the current losses. So I'm holding onto the shares. I want to be bullish. I want to be positive. But I need/require something more fundamental than "hope".

To those on the sidelines trying to figure out this stock, my opinion is that there is "time enough". I'm not going to tout this stock hoping that others buying raise the stock price. Bullshit. I will render my opinions as they arise. I will voice my emotions as they arise. I will present thought and information as they arise. And no matter how much I long for the buying activity to send this stock higher - it is up to the COMPANY to achieve a higher stock price.

The hype and speculation regarding TCBG is over and done with. It is "SHOW ME" time. Deliver the Samples. Place BrainForest in Chicago. Delivery the Wal-Mart/Winn Dixie orders. Audit the books and release financials. Cunsumer and Market acceptance of the "rip it sip i(TM)" built in straw system will tell the remainder of the story and "quarter to quarter".

I have my initial investment into shares of TCBG. I have a policy of refusing to "cost average" a falling stock price. I like to "cost average" a rising stock price. I break the rules at times. But doing so requires an opinion of value. I'm unable to value TCBG. As such, I do not know if these lower stock prices are a value. What is the book value per share? What is the cash value per share? Just how many shares are outstanding? What is the "liquidation" preference? Screw voting rights. If Jon wants control - he's the boss already given his management position. But if this Company goes belly up, who has the greater claim to the assets? Common stock holders and or Preferred stock holders?

Hello!

Deliver some information TCBG. I can live with production delays. I can live with delayed financials. Preferred shares? Well - OK. Just help me figure out what this Company is worth "today" and "as is". I can run the pro-formas and future projections myself. But to determine potential future value - all I require is a starting point.
