I'll disagree a bit with you (and I have some large short positions). My take on this is that the Fed will no longer have a 'tightening bias' on rates and are moving towards either a neutral or looser bias. Perhaps I read it wrong. That's how it struck me when it came over the wires, and that's how it feels now. Given the current state of things, it would be a perfect excuse to ignite a large rally on Monday... unless something else goes wrong in the next 3 days.
