. That means their cash flow is a serious problem. It means short term liabilities exceed short term and liquid assets Pure speculation just like my investment. Manufacturing equipment is nearly fully capitalized. Major burn rate entity gone. If fully automated, burden rate is close to nothing. 3. There is no information that would suggest a smooth transition in the leadership of the CFO, a key position. No mention of a replacement. It suggests that this decision came unexpectedly. That is unfortunate for the company at best. More guesswork. If he registers to sell a huge chunk of his "sweat equity" "Do CPA's sweat when they are working?" then I might worried. What a hypocrite. Also, I don't recall FMK or Paul K. ever saying there would almost certainly be contracts in Jul or Aug. As to how to spin this news, I know how you'll spin it, and I know everyone's disappointed with it, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. There's been too much evidence of an imminent production startup. I believe the company will see significant contracts long before financing becomes a problem, and I intend to hold on indefinitely regardless of the price manipulation. Pallisard
