Mr. Mitchell, I "contend" nothing. I will allow the time required for the company to disclose by way of 8K or PR the status of events. Until then, your speculation/hype is merely suggestive. It will serve you no purpose to suggest things that cannot be documented. Since some of the invalid 144's have reached the TA, that also suggests something. As does the fedEx reciepts of delivery to Canacorde, Merit, Wellrich, Citibank, Pacific Intl., etc., etc. . Patience is a virtue Mr. Mitchell, like the court case # you cannot conjur up, I will consider your rantings as hype until documentation can be demonstrated. RB
