Mike,

When the stock tanked on that day of the Dow being down 512 points, to me it was an example of extremes. The MM's took it down on a wide .06 spread hoping to cover and shake the tree. I do use the chart for TA confirms of where the dollar flows are going and agree with your assessment. I use the Stochastics showing a turn up from 25 and the RSI. MACD is something that I am learning about. Also I look at the positive money flows and positive and negative volume indicators. I think that you hit it on the head as to what the dividend might mean to us. I am trying to see what the value of Anything might mean in terms of where other stocks of that group may be currently valued. Cyberian(COOL) is expected to loose money this year and has many more shares outstanding. I am researching on what their expected sales may be and profit structure on those sales. To me getting a piece of an internet based sales company that is growing in this area is like you said, the icing. You never know how this company can do in the future, but I believe in the arena of e-commerce and look forward to being able to participate through my dividend. In posting before my calculations were in error. If BANY has about 8MM shares out then the dividend would be about 25 shares of Anything for every 1k shares of BANY. The valuation of the Anything shares when trading begins would determine a new base valuation of BANY also to reflect the position held by the company.

Currently 1k shares of BANY =330.00
Anything 25 shares dividend =?
Subtract from 330.00 = BANY+position in Anything

Then the interesting part enters because after the dividend to shareholders, each 1k share of BANY would still be worth 100 shares of Anything plus their base business. Plugging in some numbers for the value of Anything shows me this.

Anything stock at $1.00= dividend of $25+holding $100.00/1k shares of BANY. With BANY@330.00-25-100=base business value of 205/1k or .205 per share.

Anything stock at $3.00=dividend of $75+holding $300.00/1k shares of BANY. With BANY @ 330.00-75-300= base business value of -45/1k or -.045 per share.

Anything stock at $5.00=dividend of 125.00+holding $500.00/1k shares of BANY. With BANY@330.00-125-500=base business value of -295/1k or -.295 per share.

As you can see with the numbers or if you plug in some of your own, IMHO the stock is greatly undervalued in light of this developement. COOL has traded over the $20.00 range and even though it has sold off to 8 and change you can see what I am looking at. If Anything trades over 3 bucks at the current valuation of BANY, the base business is there for free. I bot BANY just on its own valuation before at higher prices than here and am accumulating more on this developement.

Good Weekend to all and welcome any comments on whats going through my mind.

Dave
