To All, On May 30, 1998 The Company (FXWA) issued 1,000,000 shares in exchange for 3,250,000 of NuOasis Resorts Inc. This excerpt was taken from Form 10QSB of FXWA filled on July 20, 1998. The NUOA shares most likely came from the Treasury Stock. Thus this transaction is part of the replacement property. I did not see this exact number of shares reported on NUOA's Form S8 filed in April. I suggest anyone interested in this transaction should read the 10Q. Also, read the PR released by FXWA on MAY 11, 1998 entitled FLEXWEIGHT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES REORGANIZATION WITH OASIS.
