rm, this is not to overlook the efforts of a host of others on this thread BUT i agree with dgivinvestor that you have stood toe-to-toe with the worst of the bashers (and there have been some pretty nasty ones) and in that effort we were all comforted. regards.

OK, now, wait a minute. First of all, thanks for that post, dgivinvestor, I don't know how to react to a post like that, because I am only used to answering the opposite type of post. So, I will just say thank you.

Now, to you and to others who are invested in DGIV for the long term, this is what I would say.

I am not the "captain" here or anywhere, I am just an individual investor who thinks DGIV is a great long term hold because of its fundaments. Those fundamentals include the following:

* A "no-brainer" sector: There is little doubt in my mind that voice and video over internet packets WILL be the preferred technology for international communications in the next millenium. It is better, more flexible, and cheaper than traditional PSTN. What has held it back until now is the lack of bandwidth and telco monopolies, both of which are going away.

* A small, little-known company with a visionary workaholic CEO who goes in where and when no one else can, and closes joint partnerships with regional and national telcos. For example, when Jakarta was up in flames and everyone was getting out, Jimmy was in there closing deals. By the time they came back, the deals were done. What other CEO does this? Then he goes to Germany and gets $25M in grants and low interest loans to wire up their Eastern provinces. Then he goes to the Middle East.... and on and on.

* Partnerships with the latest and greatest technology partners: NMSS, Nortel, for the best in VoIP technology, and Oracle and Synergistic for the latest in cost accounting software and hardware.

* Striking international partnerships and joint ventures through profit sharing so that it does not dilute us as shareholders.

* Doing all of the above while everyone else is still lining up at the start line.

* Investing in this company at a very early stage, before they have an updated SB-10 out there (to come very soon), so that we are truly in on the ground floor. By the time the industry sees what DGIV has going for it, they will be paying huge premiums over our own entry point.

I could go on and on, but if we believe we have these fundamentals, then whether the price goes up or down on a given day, whether bashers try to scare people with FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt), it does not matter. Because we can just focus on the fundamentals and answer the critics with facts. If they have a negative fact that we are not aware of, I certainly have not seen it, so it is old stuff. Very old.

Now, as far as being the captain here or whatever, I repeat what I have said before, we are all "captains" in the sense that we all contribute to this thread. Some do great DD, better than me. Some have very strong hands, stronger than me. Some are great at holding nervous hands, better than me. The only ones here that are not very good are the bashers, frankly. Sometimes I think if I were a basher I would be much better than them.

Do I ever get nervous? You bet I do. Do I ever reach out to others to calm down? You bet I do. It is just human nature to remind each other at times as to the fundamentals. I was nervous when I saw everyone bailing last Monday. Not nervous about the fundamentals, but nervous about why this was happening, in spite of fundamentals, and what we could do about it. I finally decided everything had been said, there was nothing more we could do, and other than remind people about fundamentals and urge caution, I figured only the company could step in and correct the situation, which they did.

So this is a long message just to tell everyone else here, and corporate management, thank you. Now, go enjoy the holiday except for management, who I hope is working on the SB10 :-) They can have a holiday after they get it out.

Larry,
You have put into very poignant words what all of us know. There are many who have weathered the storms, but none with as much dedication as Rocketman.

Thanks.
