LOL. You are of course correct, and I figured I would hear from you, or someone.

However, such large numbers point up the drama of the price action. Let's look at it the other way around. If it goes from 2 to 9 what do we have in terms of percentage gain? So it isn't TOOOO wild to phrase it in such a way. Much more dramatic than saying you've lost 77% or 99.3%. (Actually that 99.3% sounds pretty dramatic!)
