Red flag after red flag pops up with this company. It is painful to sell at this price after this long suffering wait. That is understandable. Just ask yourself whether you would have held on to the stock if you had known last December everything that you know now. if you can honestly look yourself in the mirror and convince yourself that you would have held on regardless of what has happened, that is one thing.

If, on the other hand, you decide whether you would have sold then, the next question to ask yourself is whether you would buy it back right now. If the answer to that question is "no," then you should sell it now.

I don't think I'm whining, I think I'm trying to logically decipher what is happening. You seem to jump to conclusions without studying the circumstances. You can call me stupid but I really believe LD's statements about production being imminent (my interpretation) in the CC. The small contract, for the most part IMHO, backs up what he stated. There is too much at stake (as you interpreted in the S-3) for VLNC at this juncture to mislead investors. He would really have to be stupid (which isn't the case) to what in effect would bring another class action (scumbag) lawsuit. All of this is just my opinion you understand. If this ends up to be a $.50 BB stock I will personally walk into LD's rose garden and water them in a manner that would not be considered appropriate. Probability of that happening IMO .5%. Hope I spelled everything correctly your highness.

Regardless of your views about VLNC have a great Labor Day weekend,
